Hold and drag to move around the ship. You execute the living crewmates and sabotage the objects around them, and the level ends when nobody is left alive.
Getting noticed is the failure state rather than being outfought, since the crewmates may discover that you are the impostor. Dragging gives you fine control over where you stop, and stopping just out of sight of a working crewmate is what makes the next kill possible.
