Grinch Chase Santa replaces the sled and reindeer with an ATV and puts the Grinch on a motocross bike right behind it. The streets are frozen and neither of them is slowing down for that.
Ice removes braking as a useful option, which is why the chase runs on jumps instead. The whole thing is played for the joke of the setup, but the physics are serious enough that a slippery corner taken badly hands the Grinch exactly what he wants.
